TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE STORE

The owner of the online store loorediscs.com (referred to as the “online store”) is OÜ (registry code 111111), located at.
Validity of the sales contract, product and price information
The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the online store.
The prices of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the goods is provided in the online store directly next to the goods. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

Placing an order

To place an order, find the products you want and add them to your shopping cart. You can view the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top of the website (visible in the upper right corner of the page).
The shopping cart page shows all the products you have selected. You can change the quantities of products in your shopping cart and remove them if necessary.

You can select the appropriate delivery method on the shopping cart page.
Once you have checked the contents of your shopping cart and selected the delivery method, proceed to the order form by clicking on the “Checkout” button.

When placing your order, enter the necessary information and select the appropriate payment method. If you have a discount code, you can also apply it.

To pay, click on the “Proceed to payment” button and you will be redirected to the payment method selection page.
The payment methods are:

Estonian bank transfers: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut, N26. In addition, Visa and Mastercard card payments

NB! When paying via a bank link, be sure to click on the “Back to merchant” button on the bank’s page.

Payments are processed by Montonio Finance UAB. Payment takes place outside the online store in a secure environment – when paying via bank link, in the secure environment of the respective bank, and when paying by credit card, in the secure environment of Montonio Finance UAB. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details.The contract enters into force upon receipt of the amount payable to the online store’s settlement account.

The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance UAB.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after the notification is sent.

 

Delivery

Goods are shipped throughout Estonia.

The buyer has the following options for receiving the goods:

DPD Parcel Terminal (€3.00) – €0 during promotions.
Smartpost (amount)
Omniva (amount)

The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Domestic shipments in Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 1-3 business days from the date of entry into force of the sales contract.

In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

Goods purchased from the Loorediscs.com e-store are subject to a 14-day right of return from the moment of receipt (except for selected product groups). Goods subject to return must be unused and returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

The 14-day right of withdrawal is regulated by § 56 of the Law of Obligations Act.

The customer has the right to notify the product supplier of their wish to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods by e-mail at info@loorediscs.com or by telephone (telephone number).

The customer shall bear the delivery costs of the returned product or products.

Upon receipt of the goods, the product supplier will conduct a quick inspection to ensure that the product is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging. If the goods are found to be in order, your money will be refunded within 14 days of the goods being returned to the supplier.

If the product does not meet the requirements or has defects, please contact loorediscs.com e-shop customer support by email at info@loorediscs.com. Please include the name of the person who placed the order, a contact telephone number, the order number, and a detailed description of the non-compliance or defect.

In the event of any complaints, please send an email to info@looredisc.com, describing the circumstances of the complaint in as much detail as possible and including your contact details. The complainant will be contacted as soon as possible, but no later than within 3 working days.

If the Buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by mutual agreement, the Buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (www.komisjon.ee) and, at the European level, to the European Union’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the Buyer and the Online Store. The review of the Buyer’s complaint by the Commission is free of charge.
